What about HIPAA compliance?
Remi is designed with privacy in mind. We don't store sensitive health information. For appointment booking, Remi collects only what's needed (name, contact, service interest). All calls are encrypted and transcripts can be auto-deleted per your settings.
Can I customize how Remi sounds?
